Plus, I'll provide personalized information about which chakras were out of balance, giving you the tools you need to maintain optimal energy flow after your session.

Reiki with Soul Reflections Wellness

What to Expect

Reiki

  • You will receive reiki healing while lying on a massage table, clothed. Please wear comfortable clothing

  • During the session, I focus on balancing each main chakra; if anything comes up while working on each area, I will let you know

  • During my sessions, I may use crystals on your body to help aid energy healing

  • If intuitively guided, I may use a tuning fork (a sound instrument) to help open up severely blocked chakras

  • I generally clear the energy with palo santo or Sage; please let me know if you are sensitive to smells
