Sound Bath
Sound frequencies can help shift your energy and help on a cellular and neurological level. The benefits of a sound bath may include relaxation, reduced stress, pain relief, clarity, improved sleep, and heightened focus and energy. During a sound bath session, the alpha and theta brain waves may be stimulated, producing a meditative-like state while being "bathed" in the frequencies of various musical instruments.

Vicky is a Certified Sound Healer through the Sage Academy of Sound. A Sound Bath Session may include Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Crystal Pyramid, Gong, Shruti Box, Shamanic Drum, Chimes, Rattles, Bells, and more. Each session is intuitive-led, so all sound baths are unique. Sound baths are available for private or group events.

What to Expect
Private One-on-One Sound Bath

You will be bathed in sound while lying on a massage table, clothed

Metal sound bowls will be played on top and around your body, along with a variety of other instruments.

We will focus on using sound to balance the chakra system
Group Sound Bath

You will be bathed in sound while lying on a yoga mat, clothed
-
A variety of instruments will be played above and around you and on occasion placed on top of you
-
Your sound bath may have an opening ceremony to set the intention for the evening or to mark a celestial or annual event
What to bring

Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. (Do not wear buttoned down shirts)

It's possible you may need to bring your own yoga mat *(double check the event details)

A small pillow or eye mask for added comfort *(optional for group events)
